Over twenty years of experience in the branding industry
I have years of agency experience working as the lead designer as well as managing creative teams to deliver projects to some of the UK's best known brands. As a result you benefit from both my creative and project management skills to ensure your project is delivered on time and on budget to the highest standards. Having trained in graphics, illustration and photography I am largely able to produce creative solutions across multi-disciplines which saves you time and money. However, having managed teams of designers, writers, photographers and illustrators I am experienced in hiring and managing freelancers if required.
I trained in Graphic Design at Central St. Martins, specialising in Illustration and Photography. I have worked as a Graphic Designer and Creative Director for over twenty years during which time I have been lucky enough to work with some of the world's leading luxury and high street brands, including Cadburys, WHSmith, British Airways, Harrods, Swatch, Rip Curl, The Body Shop and Miller Harris.
I was Creative Director of psychometric profiling business VisualDNA based in Shoreditch. I recruited and managed an in-house team of digital and print graphic designers and writers, responsible for corporate branding, print and digital marketing collateral and digital consumer product development.
Previously I was Creative Director of The Nest, a multi-disciplinary branding agency based in Clerkenwell. I was responsible for presenting and pitching creative to clients, generating creative concepts, developing creative as the lead designer and managing and directing the creative team. During this time I worked on corporate identity, packaging, product design, and instore POS for a number of high profile luxury and high street brands and created bespoke luxury perfume brand Miller Harris. I was also responsible for art directing a large number of lifestyle photo shoots.
In 2011 I set up an online shop selling personalised bespoke Giclee artprints of my illustrations and designs.
